These Terms apply to use of nectaryl.com and orders placed through the Nectaryl store. The store is operated by Dongguan Chenghui Trading Co., Ltd. Nectaryl is the company's retail brand. References to Nectaryl, we, us, or our mean that company.
Read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy before ordering.
1. Eligibility and information
You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction under the law that applies to you. A person under the applicable age of majority may use the store only with appropriate parental or guardian involvement and permission. Provide accurate, current account, billing, contact, and delivery details.
2. Product descriptions
Review each item's specifications, options, dimensions, materials, included items, and price before buying. We aim for accurate presentation, but screens, lighting, photography, and disclosed manufacturing or measurement tolerances can cause minor differences.
We do not make medical, regulatory, or performance promises unless supported and expressly stated for the relevant item. This does not reduce any mandatory product guarantees or remedies for goods that are defective or materially different from their description.
3. Prices and payments
Prices on our storefront are displayed in the currency associated with the selected country or region. The country/region selector identifies that market's currency. A currency symbol such as $ can refer to more than one currency, so review the selected market and the currency code shown at checkout.
Before placing your order, review the item prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes collected by us, and total amount payable. The currency identified at checkout is the currency in which we process your order.
Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or foreign transaction fees. Import duties and other destination charges may be payable separately as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
If a pricing or information error affects an order before fulfillment, we may contact you to agree a correction or cancel the affected order and return the amount paid, subject to applicable law. Payment providers may apply their own terms.
4. Order receipt and cancellation by us
A confirmation email records receipt of your order and does not by itself guarantee fulfillment. Where lawful and reasonably necessary, we may decline or cancel an order because stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, details are incorrect, fraud is suspected, shipping is restricted, or these Terms have been breached.
If we cancel after taking payment, we refund the affected amount to the original payment method. Applicable mandatory rights and refund deadlines take priority.
5. Changes requested by you
Send order changes or cancellation requests to support@nectaryl.com immediately, preferably within 12 hours after ordering. Requests are time-sensitive. A request within that period is not a guarantee, and changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once fulfillment or dispatch has begun, subject to applicable mandatory rights.
6. Delivery
We ship to all countries and regions listed in the Country/Region selector at checkout. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out processing, estimated transit times, shipping prices, tracking, import charges, and delivery issues.
Arrival dates are estimates. Delay-related provisions do not exclude a remedy you have under mandatory law.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains final-sale purchases, eligible order issues, reporting, authorization, return-shipping costs, and remedies.
Except where a product-page offer or mandatory law provides otherwise, we do not offer ordinary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged or defective, or that we sent the wrong item, and a return is required, we cover the necessary standard return-shipping cost under that policy.
No policy removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Promotions
Promotions may have eligibility criteria, excluded items, expiry dates, and usage limits. Apply any code before paying. Unless the offer states otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retrospectively, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
9. Website materials
Branding, written content, graphics, photographs, layouts, and other materials are protected by intellectual property law and belong to their respective owners or licensors. Permission to browse and shop does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials beyond uses allowed by law.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the store to commit fraud or unlawful activity, provide misleading information, infringe another person's rights, access accounts or systems without authorization, distribute malware, or disrupt security or store operation. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse, subject to applicable law.
11. Reviews and submissions
Submit only content you have the right to share, and ensure reviews reflect your experience. By submitting a review or other content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to reproduce and display it for store operation and related promotion, subject to applicable privacy law and any consent required for personal information.
We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant submissions.
12. Third-party services
The store may use or link to payment platforms, carriers, hosting providers, and other external services. Their separate terms and privacy information may apply. We are not responsible for an external website's content solely because we link to it. Nothing here removes any responsibility imposed on us by law.
13. Website availability
The website and its content are provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Non-excludable product warranties, consumer guarantees, and statutory remedies are preserved.
14. Liability
To the extent applicable law permits, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or events beyond our reasonable control. This clause does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Governing law and disputes
To the extent that a choice of law is permitted, these Terms and contractual matters arising from orders placed at nectaryl.com are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China as applied in mainland China.
This choice of law does not exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer protection, statutory right, or remedy that applies to you, including under the laws of your place of habitual residence.
Subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction and consumer rights, the competent courts in Dongguan, Guangdong, China have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or an order. You may bring a claim before another court where applicable law gives you that right.
You may contact support@nectaryl.com to seek an informal resolution. Contacting us does not limit your legal rights or extend any applicable filing deadline.
16. Updates
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the store, services, or legal requirements and will identify the revised version by its update date. Any legally required notice will be provided. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
