Before sending a return, email support@nectaryl.com and wait for written approval and shipping instructions. Do not send returns to our registered address unless we specifically instruct you to do so in writing.

If we confirm that an item arrived damaged or defective, or that we sent the wrong item, and a return is required, we cover the necessary standard return-shipping cost as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
